The Business Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless coordination between our teams while revenue is maximised and our partners are provided world class service. We’re looking for a naturally inquisitive and analytical person with a proven track record and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing projects and initiatives that focus on achieving partner success 
  • Creating, implementing and optimizing scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growth
  • Help answer key business questions to drive our business forward and grow revenue
  • Identify both weaknesses and opportunities within the business and create revenue-maximizing opportunities
  • Driving discipline and data accuracy in pipeline reporting
  • Helping manage global staff, vendors & partnerships
  • Performing regular team audits to assess key efficiency indicators 
  • Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, commercial, account management, product, etc. to improve processes and increase knowledge and asset sharing

Performance Profile:
  • Relevant experience in sales operations, business consulting or finance operations
  • Experience working with or as account manager/customer success/seller within a media company or an agency
  • Deep understanding of the tech landscape and advertising world, digital media revenue ecosystem, web technologies and advertising measurements and analytics
  • Strategic mindset - you will be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and keep ahead of the curve with emerging trends
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to keep on top of contact reports, status reports, client and meeting management
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

Office:

Our London office is based at the bright and spacious WeWork London Victoria. We offer a flexible 3-days in the office and 2 days remote work setup.
