This is a pivotal role for Newsroom AI as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey. We’re looking for a Partnership Director that enables our enterprise clients to successfully introduce our Brand Stories and Conversations products within their commercial portfolio. As our company is spanning multiple time zones and countries, we rely on a culture of direct accountability and trust and look for teammates that will operate effectively in that environment. You must be able to work semi-autonomously and deliver crystal clear communication in both synchronous and asynchronous formats.

The Commercial team is a motivated and results-oriented group that drives usage and long-term adoption of our platform with Brand and Agencies. We seek candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in an energetic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for implementing and owning the delivery of our global partnership strategy across global Publishers and Agencies. 
  • Become a Brand Stories solutions expert and facilitate knowledge transfer across to our partners and their go-to-market teams
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers at all levels
  • Delivering a scalable and repeatable pipeline of opportunities sourced from partners, which ultimately drive usage fees 
  • Build credibility through strong understanding of the strategy and identify and create solutions to address those needs
  • Interact with other parts of the business to create best practices and improve overall success rates
  • Able to problem solve at a senior level, skillfully overcoming any challenges that may arise and dealing directly with clients and commercial strategies

Performance Profile:
  • Substantial experience creating and project managing successful branded content partnerships, ideally with financial client experience
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue via direct and partner influenced opportunities 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a senior client-facing role within a team environment
  • Strong client and agency relationships/contacts across industry categories, and at all levels
  • Skilled Storyteller and Presenter, with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands, with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data to client value.
  • Creative, resourceful and adaptable, able to find solutions to problems
  • Experience in people management and team mentorship

Office:

Our London office is based at the bright and spacious WeWork London Victoria. We offer a flexible 3-days in the office and 2 days remote work setup.
